End of tenancy and deep cleaning
We specialise in end of tenancy cleaning. Cleaning holiday lets to a five-star standard has taught us exactly how a property should be left: in A1 condition, ready for the check-out inspection and the next people through the door.
We clean for landlords, letting agents and tenants moving out, and we deep clean holiday lets and homes, across the New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

Who we clean for
End of tenancy and deep cleans are booked by:
- Landlords between tenancies
- Letting agents getting a property ready for check-out or a new tenant
- Tenants moving out who want the property left as they found it
- Holiday let owners before the season, or after a busy summer
- Owners getting a home ready to sell, or cleaning up after building work
What an end of tenancy clean covers
Every property is different, so we agree a checklist with you before we start, working from the inventory if there is one. A typical end of tenancy clean covers:
- The kitchen: worktops, cupboards, the hob and appliances (tell us if you'd like the oven cleaned)
- Bathrooms: baths, showers, basins and toilets cleaned and descaled, with tiles and glass polished
- Every room: skirting boards, doors, handles, light switches and sockets wiped down
- Windows cleaned on the inside, with the sills and frames
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Deep cleans
A deep clean gives a property a fresh start. It goes further than a regular clean or a changeover: inside the cupboards and appliances, behind and under the furniture, and into all the corners that get missed. Holiday let owners often book one before the season starts or at the end of a busy summer, and homeowners book them before moving in, before a sale or after building work.
Why the holiday let standard matters
Holiday guests notice everything, and they say so in their reviews. Cleaning to that standard week in, week out is what we do, so a property we've cleaned at the end of a tenancy is ready for whoever comes next, whether that's a new tenant, an inventory clerk or a buyer.
Booking a clean
Call us or send a message with the address, the number of bedrooms and when you need the clean, and we'll give you a no-obligation quote. If a check-out inspection is booked, tell us the date and we'll plan the clean around it.

Something else on your mind? Call us on 07851 489297.
What is an end of tenancy clean?
A thorough clean of the whole property when a tenancy ends, so it's handed back in the condition it was let in and is ready for the next tenant. We agree the checklist with you first, using the inventory if there is one.
Do you clean for tenants as well as landlords?
Yes. We clean for landlords, letting agents and tenants who are moving out.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean goes further: inside the cupboards and appliances, behind and under the furniture, and into the corners a regular clean or changeover doesn't reach. It's ideal before a holiday season, before moving in or after building work.
Do I need to be there?
Not usually. Just tell us how we'll get in, for example with a key from you or from the letting agent.
How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. We'll give you an idea when we quote, and plan the clean around your moving date and any inspection.
How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the property, so we give you a clear, no-obligation quote. Tell us the address and the number of bedrooms when you get in touch.
Which areas do you cover?
The New Forest and the coast, including Barton on Sea, New Milton, Milford on Sea, Lymington, Highcliffe, Christchurch, Mudeford and Bournemouth. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, give us a call.
